Youth Vision desires to see healthy youth ministries developed throughout the churches of Christ in NSW. An integral part of this is seeing youth ministries that strategically engage with their culture, community and context. Where ever you are youth ministry will look different. For some people it's a church program, for others its beyond the walls of the traditional church and in the community, for some its within the happenings of a high school.

Whatever youth ministry looks like for you there are still principles, practices and habits that enable us to develop healthy ministries that develop disciples. The reality is that if we want to be effective in reaching new generations of young people we need to continually be looking at what we are doing and ask 'why?', 'what?' and 'how?' It is so important that we continually build on the foundation we have set and allow God space to move in our ministries.

Youth Vision have key leaders within the network who are available to meet with and offer consulting or training to youth leaders and leadership teams across the state who desire to see a greater impact amongst the young people of their community.
