Across NSW there are literally hundreds of youth leaders all with a passion and desire to see the lives of young people transformed by the hope of Jesus Christ. Yet often it is easy to feel like you are the 'lone ranger' battling along on your own piece of turf struggling to fend off attacks from every side. The reality is that the average youth pastor lasts less then 2 years in their work, and volunteer youth leaders even less. One of the biggest causes of youth pastor drop out is isolation and lack of support.

None of us are called to build the kingdom of God in isolation. We are the body of Christ to express and communicate his Gospel to a lost world. In youth vision we are aware that isolation is a sure sign of a road to burn out in ministry. Journeying together is vital for health, for effectiveness and for longevity.  (1 Cor 12:21ff)

The network of Youth Vision seeks to develop interdependent relationships across NSW that see youth leaders in relationships that bring life, support and encouragement to one another. Pretty much it's about getting together and carrying each others burdens and celebrating each others victories.
